54GUC - third-party software notices

The component list and the purpose of each component are in
open_source_manifest.json and the application's VERSION dialog. These notices
do not grant a licence to 54GUC application code. Each third-party component
retains its own copyright, licence and warranty terms.

Original pinned distribution notices are in _internal/licenses. inventory.json
records their component versions, source and SHA-256. GNU LGPLv3 and GPLv3
texts are included for Qt/PySide/Shiboken. The open-source LGPL option is used;
the commercial licence reference in upstream metadata does not indicate a
commercial Qt licence purchase. Qt Virtual Keyboard is not used or distributed.

Qt/PySide/Shiboken are dynamically loaded, unmodified upstream libraries.
Their licences permit modification, replacement and reverse engineering for
debugging modifications to those libraries; 54GUC terms do not restrict these
rights. Use ABI-compatible replacement libraries in _internal/PySide6 and
_internal/shiboken6; keep a separate copy of the original application first.
The Qt Windows platform plugin must remain compatible with its Qt libraries.

Public release preparation must provide equivalent access to matching LGPL
source archives and any required installation information alongside the binary.
Upstream links and included notices alone are not a completed public-release
licence audit. Contact: 54GUC2006@protonmail.com.
