Using 54GUC

Terms version: 25 October 2026. The first-party R25.7 application source is licensed under GNU GPL version 3 only. The GPL governs the covered software; these website and service terms do not restrict rights it grants. Third-party components keep their own licences. The public source repository includes the licence, notices, build instructions and contributor guidance.

54GUC is an independent Windows app for monitoring and controlling supported LTE and 5G routers. It is a management tool, not router firmware. We do not supply routers, develop or distribute their firmware, or provide internet or mobile-network service. Available readings and controls depend on the exact router model and firmware.

The app and router licences are currently available at no charge. A valid router licence permits use with that router and its supported controls; it does not transfer ownership of the software or project materials.

Authorised use and router controls

Use 54GUC only on equipment and networks you own or are authorised to manage. You are responsible for choosing lawful settings and complying with local radio rules, operator terms and manufacturer requirements. A setting being available in the app does not mean it is permitted by your operator or in your location.

Manual commands, automated actions, band changes, locks and recovery actions can interrupt connectivity, change equipment behaviour or fail. Possible consequences include lost access, lost settings or data, equipment malfunction or damage, security exposure, extra mobile-data or roaming charges, and the need for manual recovery. Check the exact model and firmware, back up settings and important data, monitor results, and keep independent access to the router and a separate recovery connection. Firmware changes may alter compatibility.

Do not rely on 54GUC or a connection it controls for emergency calls, medical care or other safety-critical systems where failure could cause injury or serious property damage. Measurements, history, estimates and Brain suggestions can be incomplete or incorrect; they are not safety assurances or guarantees of better performance. You decide whether and when to enable automation.

No warranty

54GUC, its website, licence service and documentation are provided AS IS and AS AVAILABLE, without warranties or conditions of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. This includes implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise error-free, uninterrupted or secure operation, compatibility with every device or firmware, or any particular result. No third party may give warranties on our behalf. Obtaining a licence does not include a commitment to provide support, fixes, updates, new features or continued availability.

Limits of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the 54GUC copyright owner, developers, contributors and authorised distributors are not liable for loss or damage arising from use of, or inability to use, the software, website or licence service, including equipment damage, lost data, interrupted service, extra charges or lost profits.

Ownership and third-party rights

You may use, copy, modify and redistribute GPL-covered 54GUC software under GPL-3.0-only, including its source and notice requirements when conveying copies. Preserve applicable third-party notices. Modified versions should identify their changes and must not falsely claim project endorsement. Third-party components retain their own licences, including applicable LGPL rights. See third-party software and the source licence files. No website or activation-service term overrides those software licences.

54GUC is not endorsed by or affiliated with router manufacturers or mobile operators. Their marks belong to their respective owners. Questions about these terms: 54guc2026@protonmail.com.

Your information

The licence form uses the router serial number or IMEI you enter to generate a licence. It sends this identity to the project’s Cloudflare-hosted service using HTTPS. We do not intentionally store the identity, generated licence or request body. Save your licence before leaving the page; the website does not keep a copy for retrieval. Do not send router passwords, SIM credentials or unnecessary personal information in emails or shared bundles.

This website adds no advertising trackers or analytics. Hosting/authentication providers can process IP addresses, request metadata and necessary session/security cookies. Infrastructure logging and retention are managed by the hosting provider. You do not need an account to use this website.

Optional bundle uploads pass through the Cloudflare-hosted website and are stored in a separate private GitHub repository. The ZIP already includes router and app details; you do not need to enter them again. The project owner can access them; other website visitors cannot list or download them. The upload form does not ask for an email address or GitHub account. No submitted bundle is added to the public app-download repository.

Uploaded or emailed information may be kept to review what you share, including incomplete uploads after an interrupted transfer. Review the ZIP before submitting and leave out full History backups, settings exports, licence files, passwords, SIM credentials and unnecessary personal information. Sharing is optional and does not include a commitment to reply or provide support.

App downloads are hosted on GitHub. GitHub processes download requests under its own privacy practices; the website does not need your email address to provide the app.

For privacy or deletion requests, contact 54guc2026@protonmail.com. Include your upload receipt number if you have one.
