Your third-party rights
Qt, PySide and Shiboken use the LGPL option and are dynamically loaded. Their licences allow replacing or modifying those libraries and reverse engineering for debugging such modifications. 54GUC terms do not restrict those rights. See the bundled notices for replacement instructions.
Source-code download links, matching versions and SHA-256 checksums are available for the Qt/PySide libraries and FFmpeg included with the Windows app.
The Windows app also includes FFmpeg 7.1.3 through Qt multimedia. Its binary reports LGPL 2.1 or later, with GPL and nonfree components disabled. Original FFmpeg notices are available separately from the application component catalogue.
