Share how well 54GUC works with your router
A support bundle helps show which readings and controls 54GUC can use on your router model and firmware. The ZIP contains router readings and app records from your current session. You can share one even when everything is working normally.
If you would like to contribute, upload the bundle privately below. No email or GitHub account is needed. Email is also available if you prefer it.
How to share a bundle
- In 54GUC, open Device → Support Bundle and save the ZIP.
- Review the ZIP before sharing. The app removes known private fields, but diagnostic files can still contain sensitive information.
- Click Upload bundle and choose the ZIP. It uploads automatically. Keep the receipt number shown when it finishes.
Send only the ZIP created with Support Bundle. Please leave out full History backups, settings exports, licence files, router passwords and SIM PINs.
The ZIP already contains the router model, firmware and 54GUC version, so there is nothing to fill in. Uploads up to 512 MiB are accepted and kept in a separate private GitHub repository.
